Baths mean different things to different people, but for most of us they are a means of grabbing some 'me time' as well as washing off the dust of the day.

Here's our go-to guide to having a lovely, long soak that relaxes and calms you ready for a good night's sleep:

  • Scent the water to help soothe and relax you. We provide complimentary bath products in all our rooms.

  • Cleanse and replenish your skin as you soak and treat yourself to some lovely soaps, oils and gels.

  • Use oils when you get out on your damp skin for maximum moisturising potential.

  • Get the temperature of your water just right - for a relaxing, pre-bedtime bath go for water at 37'c as this helps promote sleep.
